NO NAME, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging.
  • Not show signs of washing or damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NO NAME will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
